The term “Third Products” in these Terms refer to a product or services provisioned by a third party that can be connected and operated together with the EasyControl. Third Products are not provisioned by Bosch. The Customer may decide to connect the EasyControl to one or more Third Products and may revoke at any time such connection. By revoking the access it will not be possible to use the Third Product together with the EasyControl, EasyControl App and EasyControl Services. EasyControl is compatible with Bosch ETRV's, which allow precise temperature control for each room via the EasyControl Smart Radiator Thermostats.

Using EasyControl as single room controller the temperature measurement can be adjusted by the temperature calibration setting (± 2 °C) of the EasyControl thermostat itself. In no circumstances shall Bosch be liable for business, consequential and/or indirect damage, including but not limited to profit and loss of revenue, loss of return and intangible damage, from the Customer. Bosch shall not be liable for any damage that may be attributed to any act or omission by the Customer or a third party engaged by the Customer.

Witt the EasyControl it is possible to set up to 20 zones (or rooms), each with its individual schedule and set temperatures. This ensures you have the right comfort temperature in each zone and that each zone only heats when you want therefore saving energy. The control of the temperature in the individual zones requires the installation of the optional EasyControl's smart radiator thermostats. Load and weather compensation which reduce the appliance water temperature to help further increase efficiency, while also increasing user comfort. The term “Accessories” in these Terms refer to products that can be connected and operated together with the EasyControl. Accessories shall consist of products offered by Bosch. lt;p>The Easycontrol smart thermostat is internet connected, helps make everything easier and gives you complete control over your heating. In addition Bosch shall not be liable for damage suffered by Customer as far as this damage is the result of:The EasyControl features a ‘vacation mode’, requiring just a beginning and end date. You can also set up other type of events such a national holiday or a day at home. For Accessories and Third Products, additional terms and conditions may apply that contain specific provisions regarding these relevant Accessories and Third Products. lt;p>The smart thermostat will start to learn and adapt to your behaviour.
